Before coming to Double R Productions, Kimball worked at KOMU-TV 8, the NBC affiliate in Columbia, Missouri where she started as an intern and then worked as an audio operator, graphics operator, technical director and finally a director. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri where she majored in communications with an emphasis in visual media.

At Double R Productions Kimball has assisted on productions for the National Partnership for Women & Families, American Red Cross, US Department of Justice, US Customs and Border Protection, US Department of Transportation, National Alliance on Mental Illness and was the technical operator for a three-week-long shoot for the National Association of Broadcasters.

Kimball has experience writing and editing, including a tribute video for “Woman of Vision” Linda Maslow for the 2008 Women in Film & Video Gala and several promotional videos for the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center at the University of Maryland.
