Rosemary Reed and MMG Support Council of Governments Grants
Rosemary Reed, through Maslow Media Group, produced “Community Block
Grants Work” for the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments.
Reed interviewed participants of various Community Development Block
Grant programs in Maryland and Virginia. Interviewees made a plea to
Congress not to cut programs that helped to combat their own
homelessness, domestic abuse and unemployment.
