Double R Productions Receives Prestigious Award for Excellence
in Video Production
Double R Productions was recently honored with a Millennium Award for its achievement in the production of Restitution: A Victim’s Right! The Millennium Awards recognize excellence in all areas of media, and are held in high regard by media professionals across the nation.
This is Double R Productions’ first Millennium Award, and it will receive a place of honor amongst a host of several other recognitions that the agency has received throughout its twenty years in existence.
Restitution: A Victim’s Right! was produced for the Department of Justice in collaboration with Maslow Media Group, Inc., and provided information on the stipulations of the newly created Crime Victim’s Rights Act of 2004. This project presented a wide array of perspectives on the issue, offering interviews with both the families of crime victims and legal professionals. Among the interviewees were the President of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and the Executive Officer for U.S. Attorneys. The video highlighted the necessity of compensation for the victim’s emotional and physical pain after the crime has been committed.

Double R Production’s Rosemary Reed and Claudio Guglielmelli receive the Millenium Award Statue.
