Double R Travels to Ithaca and "Bach"!
Ithaca College School of Music’s choir and chamber orchestra spent its
fall break analyzing, rehearsing and performing the Mass in B Minor by
J.S. Bach and Double R Productions captured the final song and dance.
Double R’s Catherine Baum interviewed students and faculty at the
nationally- known music school in upstate New York. The next day, the
camera caught these singers and musicians as they loaded the bus in
Ithaca and arrived in Maryland at the Music Center at Strathmore. Shot
in HD on an HPX 2000 camera, Bruce Liffiton focused his lens on this
group during its grand performance. Baum and Double R’s Claudio
Guglielmelli shot reactionary interviews with students after the
curtains closed. The video is to be posted on the school’s Website.
