Double R Productions MOVES Forward with the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center at the University of Maryland

Double R Productions teamed up with the University of Maryland to produce a video for the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center that showcased their artists for upcoming 2008-2009 seasons.  The piece explored the center’s different programs and summarized fall and spring events in music, dance and theatre.  Ruth Waalkes, Director of Artistic Initiatives, introduced each section. The theme of the video was “MOVE” which reflects how art is constantly creating change throughout society. Led by associate producer, Megan Kimball, the Double R Productions crew filmed Waalkes at the Clarice Smith Arts Center with videographer, Kevin Raullerson and intern, Melonie Jurcevic.
