Double R Productions Brings Home Davey Awards
Double R Productions recently won two silver Davey awards in two
different categories for, “Fire Safe Cooking: A Recipe for Saving
Lives.” The project, an instructional video about fire education for
parents, teenagers, and younger children, was a joint effort with Hager
Sharp, a public relations firm in Washington DC. The video was produced
for the International Association of Black Professional Fire Fighters (IABPFF).
Among the 4,000 entries, Double R Productions stood out and won
awards in two categories: “How To/Instructional” and “Educational”
categories.
