Double R illustrates how Veteran's Affairs is "One Team Toward One Dream"

Double R President Rosemary Reed produced two videos through Maslow Media Group that were shown at the Veteran Affairs’ Quality and Safety summer conference in San Francisco, CA. Double R interviewed doctors of the Veterans Health Administration who are well versed in the agency’s patient safety, quality management and systems redesign areas. That video opened the conference. The second video featured Capt. (Ret.) Dawn Halfaker’s experience with VA since she lost her right arm during a combat patrol in 2004. In that video, Halfaker provides tips on how the VA can improve its services.
